Rosewood Cafe Filter Coffee

Fragrant. Flavourful. Mellow Rosewood Cafe originates from the Gudalur Valley, Nilgiri Hills in South India. It is one of the highest elevations at which Robusta coffee thrives. The altitude, heavy rainfall, red soil, and cool misty environment contribute to the coffee’s distinctive flavour profile. Majestic Rosewood trees provide shade to the coffee bushes.

Using a South Indian Filter:

1. Add 2 tablespoons (25g) of coffee to the upper chamber. Press down tight.
2. Cover coffee with tamper. Gently pour in 250 ml of boiling water.
3. Close lid and allow it to percolate.

Storage: Transfer and store in an airtight container as soon as possible.
