Kruthi Snacks is born out of a childhood fantasy of making available a range of authentic Udupi Snacks in its original taste to everyone. It is created by the team of Radha Janardhan Rao and Swathi Rao while burning the midnight oil. They dreamt of making the traditional recipes of various Udupi home delicacies which was carried along for generations. Every variety of Kruthi Udupi snacks has been recreated successfully with this unique taste.

The Kruthi Boondhi is a wellknown anytime snack which is liked by the young and old uniformly. The Boondhi are small tasty round ball shaped snacks which are made with the unique Udupi flavour. It is a simple snack which is universal and liked by all. The Kruthi Boondhi comes with the special Udupi flavour specially formulated by the team.

The Boondhi contains only healthy ingredients. It is made with Rice flour, Besan flour and flavoured with chilli powder, Asafoetida. Finally fried curry leaves are added to enhance the taste. The Boondhi is fried with pure Groundnut oil
