Ingredient: 

Sugar, Cocoa butter, Milk solids, Cocoa solids, Coconut powder, Emulsifier - Soy lecithin (INS-322), Polyglycerol & Polyricinoleate (INS-476).

Cocoa Percentage: This product has 45% Cocoa.
